I also wonder why she speaks Russian all the time! It's probably because Azerbaijan is an old Soviet region and Russian language is still pretty common there I guess. I also understand if she's speaking Russian/Ukrainian because she probably could get more professional people to work with from Ukraine/Russia. But she's from Azerbaijan, she represent Azerbaijan, and she should BE Azerbaijani, otherwise she could perform the Russian entry instead!
