That's hell hunter jacket, unlocked by doing the cap 2 hr9 barroth.then u can upgrade it by doing the cap 2 diablos (Both event quest).the boots are uragaans and the helm is renafolos(bad spelling, armord bulls). the bobo face is potoshop or something else.  Hope this helps
