Yeah if you want to get into the legal definitions. But when it goes to court his doctor will be charged with manslaughter, not homicide and he deserves that. He was on drugs, he was unhappy and lonely. He was getting skinnier each day. He tried so hard to make a change. But u can never change the entire world. When he was acting in his music videos he would try to have a deep voice, but Michael is soft spoken. As a matter of fact all the Jacksons are like that very soft spoken people. They are not acting or anything.... Michael loved what he did, and he was just simply acting if any one heard a deep voice, but realistically that wasn't Michael he was always soft spoken....

That's why MJ never went to Princess Dianas funeral or any other well known person funeral because he knows what happens. All the attention goes towards him and not the passing... how terrible would you feel for something you can't control! So the best way for him to show he's respect is not to show up at all.
