The very fact that a black woman is heading a heavy metal group is itself fascinating. Not say that she isn't talented because she is and her alternation between death growls and soulful singing is itself a unique touch, but I'm of the personality to be fascinated by things that are uncommon. Besides, it kind of hard not to notice she's a woman AND black, which is double rare. Honestly I think she's good, almost like a modern Wendy O. Williams, grand in onstage persona, sweet offstage.
