SO are you really suggesting that ALL this video and ALL these claims are falsified and that NONE of what is alleged took place? To what end would the ABC wish to falsify such claims? And I too feel terroists are unwanted - but this does NOT give anyone the right to take the lives of civilians. If we resort to the terrosist tactics of victory at any cost - how then have we not BECOME the terrosists?

But I have to disagree with your last statement about Rajapaksa. Setting the tamil genocide aside, Its indisputable that dissidents who have nothing to do with the Tamil rights movement but oppose Mahinda, such as Prageeth Eknelygoda, keep dissapearing, politicians such as Fonseka who promise more democratic reforms and delegation of power have been imprisoned by him, his brother is minister of defense (due to nepotism) and there are countless allegations of corruption against him.

'It is not the Sri Lankan military culture to engage in violating unarmed female prisoners'. Well then perhaps you can explain the reports of 108+ Sri Lankan soldiers raping and abusing young girls in Haiti during a post-earthquake peacekeeping mission.

Also I agree with you about the lag in some of the video but as a lay person I really cant tell how this is different from the lag and choppines I experienced on my old camera phone. Also I need a scource to verify your claims about Damilvany.
