Didn't they fly A-7D's for a short while?

Man I miss the jets going over. I remeber going to see the F86's in grade school and then the A-37's, A-10's and F-16's. Always felt good hearing them go over. After 9/11 you'd hear them up there (the only ones flying) and you felt safe.
