@free2bmissa Yes, I was a teenager in the later 80's and I find this performance very in tune with music and fashion styles during that era. Just watch the video for LeTrimm "Cars That Go Boom" and you'll see many similarities.

I love this song, I'm always singing along to it, lol. I love Vanessa, and Chilli! A TLC fan I only watched this for Chilli, and it's so eerie, when Left Eye died, I thought, how ominous this movie was, and it came sort of true for TLC where one of them dies.

Today is Christmas Day 2010. This movie was issued in 2000, and the music from this scene refers to material produced in 1989. The story itself is based on a classic novella from 1843. Yet, it doesn't seem the least bit out of date to me. And, this scene is certainly no exception.
