You hit it dead-on with this awesome video upload. The couple looks like they're in bed holding hands--until the camera pans toward their feet with the toe tags on them. And not all terminally ill AIDS patients who die look like corpses even though they are. Morticians (undertakers) make the dead look as good as possible. But their legs have almost no flesh on them--this is because HIV/AIDS does such hideous damage that you're left with an emaciated shell of the patient's formerly healthy self.
