Hey, if all the Stone Temple Pilots fans here can take 5 seconds worth of spam, I'm here to, shamelessly, self promote our new band Overshadowed. We just got our demo done, and I'm simply here to say that STP is one of our biggest collective influences and favorite bands, along with all the other greats out of the 90's!
Not here to spread bullshit or spam, just looking for support as a starting out act from people who know what real music is. Feel free to leave a comment, and thanks!
lol, its amazing how many good songs STP have. and how fast they put the songs out. most bands put out 1-2 hits in 5 years. STP had like 10 in. they almost did as good as green day did with their dookie CD.
There is no better way to prove how much of a badass you are imo. I mean no one knows who you are so there are no consequences. Easy to be a hardass when there will be no retribution.
a soundgarden reunion would be amazing! but iwould also love to see another temple of the dog reunion, and this time in person. amazingly i love stp, aic, pearl jam, and soundgarden but inever got into narivana that much. dnt get me wrong, i like them and they are good, but to many ppl that dnt even know the term grunge like them so i just didnt bother. btw, who likes blind melon?
I do :D but a soundgarden reunion is so unlikely. I think that they went as far with the band as they wanted, and they feel that any more would just ruin the image, like painting a mustache on the mona lisa... although that would be pretty funny
thats an opinion. Nirvana, alice in chains, stone temple pilots and pearl jam all did amazing sets. Just depends on what you like most. i dislike pearl jams set becuase of the guitars. aic was my fav.
@scal613 agreed but aic is right behind them as much as i love stp and pearl jam they got blown out of the water by aic and nirvana for unplugged and in general for that matter
ive heard things about the master copy being damaged. but the vidoes that are still around are not and i dont know why. i would upload them but everytime i do they get removed.
what if tool did aN unplugged? am i the only one that thinks that would be bad ass? oh btw STP rules Forever!!!!
