My doc said I am Estrogen Dominant. I just stared Progesterone cream last month. I've never felt so horrible since taking it (only had mild PMS before)! Bloating, rage/anger, feeling good and then bam suicidal thoughts then back to normal in an hour. I just had the week off. I lost 4 lbs, stopped being so angry and sad. I'm not sure if I should take it or not now. I've read that some women go through a reaction when they first start... but wow... this is bad.
@ScaperSteph I should add that I'm also hypothyroid and I also found out I am extremely deficient in vit. D and have a severe adrenal deficiency. I felt ok just taking my Armour thyroid when I had all these blood tests done. lol Now I take my Armour, vit. D, B-12, fish oil and Progesterone cream and I feel like a horrid mess. It's Ironic.
lol thats ironic i was just about to message you about doing an estrogen dominance video but i thought id look at some others on you tube first and i clicked this one and you came up HAH
Yes I agree to a certain extent. If one has a severe adrenal hormone imbalance, gut issue, thyroid problem, etc leading to a hormone imbalance, this is equivalent to smashed glass. Basic issues are equivalent to just cracked glass, which good can fix. Nutrition and lifestyle principles alone cannot put smashed glass back together.
Good, but i'd like to hear more focus from him on the diet and lifestyle side, as he said diet and exercise won't effect your female hormones. Incorrect!
I'd beg to differ, (in my opinion) i know that major imbalances will may need some support. Mainly adrenal support first and female support second. It is the stress on the adrenals that can often reduce progesterone levels.
I know you know this Josh, this is for listeners, ha!

It seems that they both have too much testosterone, they don't stop touching eachother.

No, not at all.
They have balanced hormone levels.
Their behaviour is completely normal as it should be.
You are only viewing it as you do because nearly everybody has imbalanced hormone levels today.
So nearly nobody behaves as it should be and because that's the majoritiy you think it's normal to behave like people with imbalanced hormones.
