The video fails to realize that Google is not a monopoly and isn't our only option as a search engine, social networking site, e-mail, or any other services they provide. Though they have patents, this doesn't bar the user from finding alternatives. You're not forced against your will to use the Internet; it's a convenient luxury.
The fact that this video isn't censored is a testament to Google's view on fair business practices.
