just got this heli working on the set up. Glad people like you are here to help. Noticed my bottom big gear has a bit of a wobble to it but i would guess this is normal with plastic gears?
Im rather new to the helicopter scene so Im not saying your wrong, but couldn't you have the throttle trim tab in the centre position? rather than at the bottom? i thought that it would cause the blades to have a slight negative pitch?

Mark, why do you say to have to have the throttle/pitch stick all the way down for centering the levers when you have it in idle up, as if you had to center the arms, should you not start from correct mid-stick position, when the servos should be centered for true 3d flight? (ie, with the throttle stick all the way down, the arms were never centered on any of my own heli's)
@kiwibob72 - Go back and watch 1:23, I say to put your throttle stick at mid stick with the Tx in Idle Up. You must have the throttle trim tab at the bottom though.
