I'm pretty sure she was my first crush when I was a kid. I was gonna marry the pink ranger and then I realized there was like a 10 year age difference.

She beat the Dream Monster and had some great tenga fights. She was far from a damsel in distress for a good amount of time her life force was literally being drained from her. She still stood up and fought coming to Tommy's aid in "ADSOP" and Katherine's aid in "COTZ".
Yeah but might i remind you that... no wait Kim gave Kat her powers the same episode Kat broke the spell, and had her power coin returned. Never mind, but I still say even if it where Tommy to have his powers drained again he would have still fought better than if he actually had the coin. Her life force, not just her ranger power, was being drained when she fought for Katherine in 'Changing of the Zords 2" so no it wasn't the same as Adam in "Always a ranger" from Inspace his coin was damaged and broke down on him through the fight, Carlos came to his aid.
Adam wasn't coinless in "Once a ranger" the Sentail Knight restored his power with the other veteran rangers.
Addam's coin was destroyed, If it wasn't then tell me how his coin was only damaged when the others were destroyed at the end of MMPR. Agreed, I think that's why I quit watching Turbo... Billy and Kim were gone. Not to mention they switched Rocky and Adams colours which i totally hate.
I thought Kim's line when she hit the Snizzard ("Leave my friends alone, you snake!") combined with the theme music was absolutely epic. :-D (and I still do. hehe) :-)
I agree about everything. I found Kat to be very pretty (but I have a weakness for blonde-haired, blue-eyed Australians), but that's really all I liked about her.

Come on, seriously? Think of Kim's voice, and then think of Kat's voice and tell me which would sound Better for Zeo Ranger 1? besides Kim kept having it handed to her in the third season.

I've been watching the old episodes again from the beginning and I was surprised to see how great a fighter Kim really was. Every ranger got a chance to shine and save the day, but it seems like Kimberly did pretty regularly, not as much as Tommy of course but who could?
She even managed to destroy a few monsters on her own with her Power Bow. I don't think even Jason ever did that outside of his zord.
Kim was good. She had a good character that developed over time. She kind of grew up, if you will. Kat was a good character, too. She was more strong willed and confident and was a loyal friend. Both were good characters. No need to bash either. Neither of them are Justin.
I love your last line! So true it doesn't prove your point by putting another character down. Is it fair people say rude things about Kat? no she was a good ranger but saying rude things about Kimberly makes you look just like them. I loved Kimberly! From the beggining she was taking out monsters and contributing to the team and it was always fun watching her putty fights
Well I will only went off because of the comment on the ninja morph about Kat being better- it was uncalled for. It only made you seem as petty as all the Kim stans (and I agree they are ruthless, but I've heard crap about Kim too). Kim grew out of the valley attitude IMO. She was lively, eventhough sometimes she went off at the mouth to make her seem stronger (overconfident), but sometimes that was a defensive matter when it came to others.
Katherine was just soft and warm and peaceful and gained confidence just like Trini. I was glad she wasn't a clone like Aisha was at times. There were things they were better at than each other so all of the nitpicking at either is pointless.
I understand what you mean. But it always seemed to me that Kimberly wasn't so valley in season 1. I think that since Tommy appeared they made her needing him and so, being less independent as a ranger by herself. Probably not her fault, but while her shippers think that is a sweet thing, for a PR show, that was bad.
I'm a huge Kim fan but I won't deny other rangers their glory.
Kim was more of an evasive type, but she had her moments unmorphed where she kicked butt, just like Katherine (and Tanya for that matter).
If you weren't bashing her then why didn't you just say something besides "oh it woulda been nice...." You could've easily said I preferred her when she wasn't with Tommy.
I always liked Kimberly, but when I saw Kat-bashing by Kimberly fans, I started to love Kat for no special reason. It made me see Kat's qualities and Kimberlys faults, though. Thats not true at all. ALL of the rangers were kidnapped by the henchman and/or monsters. Tommy wasn't even there until the end of the first season. In the third season she was losing her powers, and thats when she always needed help sometimes.
Only reason they made her call for Tommy is so he'd have a valid reason to "hog the screen". Once Tanya, Jason, and Adam got more screen-time that was all over.

I've been watching the old episodes again from the beginning and I was surprised to see how great a fighter Kim really was. Every ranger got a chance to shine and save the day, but it seems like Kimberly did pretty regularly, not as much as Tommy of course but who could?
She even managed to destroy a few monsters on her own with her Power Bow. I don't think even Jason ever did that outside of his zord.

Kim was good. She had a good character that developed over time. She kind of grew up, if you will. Kat was a good character, too. She was more strong willed and confident and was a loyal friend. Both were good characters. No need to bash either. Neither of them are Justin.

Well I will only went off because of the comment on the ninja morph about Kat being better- it was uncalled for. It only made you seem as petty as all the Kim stans (and I agree they are ruthless, but I've heard crap about Kim too). Kim grew out of the valley attitude IMO. She was lively, eventhough sometimes she went off at the mouth to make her seem stronger (overconfident), but sometimes that was a defensive matter when it came to others.

Katherine was just soft and warm and peaceful and gained confidence just like Trini. I was glad she wasn't a clone like Aisha was at times. There were things they were better at than each other so all of the nitpicking at either is pointless.

I understand what you mean. But it always seemed to me that Kimberly wasn't so valley in season 1. I think that since Tommy appeared they made her needing him and so, being less independent as a ranger by herself. Probably not her fault, but while her shippers think that is a sweet thing, for a PR show, that was bad.

I'm a huge Kim fan but I won't deny other rangers their glory.
Kim was more of an evasive type, but she had her moments unmorphed where she kicked butt, just like Katherine (and Tanya for that matter).
If you weren't bashing her then why didn't you just say something besides "oh it woulda been nice...." You could've easily said I preferred her when she wasn't with Tommy.

I always liked Kimberly, but when I saw Kat-bashing by Kimberly fans, I started to love Kat for no special reason. It made me see Kat's qualities and Kimberlys faults, though. Kim had a dense personnality and Kat was like Adam and Trini. I wasn't bashing her, I just said some things that are true but usually no one says because is Kim.

What's your point? You saying Kim can't do anything solo? She took a chance at a severely weakened state to save evil Kat. The power coin...nice but her guard was Rito and the coin was not protected.
I'm not toying either. I've yet to see another user go to various videos to trash Kat. You are trashing. I didn't mention any romance either. WTH are you coming from with that? Kat is not perfect and neither is any of the other rangers.

Thats not true at all. ALL of the rangers were kidnapped by the henchman and/or monsters. Tommy wasn't even there until the end of the first season. In the third season she was losing her powers, and thats when she always needed help sometimes.

BTW Kim was not kidnapped THAT much.
Solo kidnaps were:
s1 in a bottle
s2 to be the new Rita
s3 when she lost her power and was being drained
Any other time was a group trap. Most of the time Kim was doing just fine on her own.

Only reason they made her call for Tommy is so he'd have a valid reason to "hog the screen". Once Tanya, Jason, and Adam got more screen-time that was all over.
To even try to talk about her yelling for Tommy is ridiculous, because Kat did the same thing and she had full strength!

Wanna know? She along w/ Aisha were the only rangers that fight alone w/ the Tengas. Kat defeated them. Also, see Every Dog has His Day (Zeo) and Weight and See (Turbo). Why you don't just watch the episodes? =) Oh and she snapped out from Rita's spell on her own and recovered the Pink Power Coin

I never claimed she was perfect. Oh there's the she got out of Rita's spell. More like the spell was fading and she was remembering herself. Tommy's had to have the sword destroyed to get out of his spell. Oh the ep where she was flying around...yes she overcame that after being talked too just like Kim when she had the jealousy spell. Kat beat the monster solo just like every other ranger had had their shining monster defeat. Kim had the frog in s1, and even trashed the paint monster.
