  • @cirosuperiore lmao.. okay dude. There are a lot of factors that go into someone's acne. It doesn't only have to do with masturbation. This is by far the weirdest comment I've ever gotten.

  • @Tarynbeth I think he is right on the money. I couldn't figure out where does my acne come frome. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, and I I have zero tolerance for saturated fat in any form or presentation, and still can't get rid of acne. But I do have a very high testosteron level. So it may not the the only factor in my case it obviously is.

  • milk, dairy, processed grains (ex. white bread), foods and drinks high in processed sugars and stimulants like caffine (can stimulate oil glands) are the things in our american diet that cause acne. I used to have terrible body acne before i changed my diet, now its clear since ive stopped eating the above list and replaced it with fruit, water, whole grains, lean meats etc.

  • i dont think those things have been proven false. I don't drink milk and i had bad acne. As soon as I cut junk food out of my diet my face is clear in about 5 days. The moment I eat some type of processed food or refined sugar I break out within an hour...It really depends on the person.

  • another thing also is that when you eat greasey foods you get the grease on your hands and it may not feel like it but its there and people carelessly touch there faces and that can clog pores reaaally bad.

  • I'm sorry to who ever posted this, but some people brake out when they eat or drink anything with a lot of sugar. It isn't everyone, body cemmistery is different.

  • its not just milk, its anything with dairy. Dairy has alot of hormones in it which and it is a common allergen to many people. Usually people with really bad skin eat alot of dairy products

  • great.. i drink milk every day for dinner because i have to (parents) but it is consistant when i drink milk but my acne still has good weeks and bad weeks so i don't think its milk that causes acne

  • Everytime I eat something with milk in it, I break out twenty to forty five minutes after consuming it. It never misses. Even when Im not on my freaking period, I break out

  • things Ive read and experienced have led me to believe dairy products in general can trigger acne. I find it interesting you can eat yoghurt and cheese if you have identified that milk breaks you out.

  • Yeah, I actually eat them much less than I think I made it seem in this video. I havn't bought yogurt in over a month now, and I eat a stick of cheese maybe once or twice a week. I've been buying juice with calcium and taking vitamin D and Calcuim supplements.

  • Sounds good. Personally I always use soy substitutes for all dairy, as I'm really paranoid! But cutting out dairy seriously has made a huge difference I can agree (also sugar sadly).

  • I guess cutting out something you enjoy, such as milk, from your life is essential to your appearance. As long as you don't have acne! Who cares, in my opinion. Sorry to be so critical. Now go drink that gallon of milk!

  • I just know what makes me break out, and when you suffer from acne as long as myself or some of the other people on here have, cutting milk out of our diet isn't a big deal to us. I would rather not drink a glass of milk every day, than have to spend an extra 20 min everyday treating and covering acne. Just personal preference.

  • Whatever magazine wrote that is full of it. water is great for your body and it flushes toxins and impurities from your body. The less impurities and toxins, the less your body has to try to excrete them in other ways (like out via your skin!)

  • Thanks! Yes my new system is working wonders for me! I take zinc everyday, but if it doesnt work for you that much and you're worried about your reproductive system then certainly dont take it! lol If you wanted to take it you could take one or two tablets a week or something and im sure that amount wouldnt affect you in any negative ways. :) Thanks for your comments!

  • Really? It doesnt work wonders or anything, but some people break out because their bodies have a zinc deficiency. That's why I recommended it.

  • It can be yes, but I eat cheese instad of drinking milk and I havn't broken out because of it yet. Try cutting all dairy out of your diet for a while and then slowly start adding cheese or some other dairy product to your diet. If you have a reaction, you know to stay away from that certain food. Good luck!

  • Greasy foods are not good for you and some people react poorly to them, I can't say that it's not the reason you break out, but most people will not have that kind of reaction due to greasy foods. Sometimes breakouts can be from allergic reacions to foods especially soy. But chocolate has been proven not to be a reason people beak out. Maybe it's a coincidence? But eat what works for you, if it does give you a reaction, cut it out of your diet. That sucks. Chocolate is so good! :)
