  • I leave in Greece! And the most traditional Greek food is the pita Gyros! :)

  • I'm dead serious about this,

Pelle looks like Astro Boy at 2:19

  • Damn! You're right!!! Awesome!

  • Carnivale sounds a lot like Mardi Gras down here.

Your wife is so pretty and her laugh sounds so cute in the clip where you could not find the restaurant. She needs to let you film her more.

  • I thought that was funny when she laughed too! LOL!

  • I'll ask her but she's shy :-)

  • First let me say Renato, congrats to you and Frances. Carnival usually in th USA is like with rides, popcorn, cotton candy, and different other types of foods. Mardi Gras in New Orleans is the closest thing as it is in Brazil. Renato, when you said We're at the restaurant looks good. I went looks empty. That's usually not a good sign. Then when you said you guys didn't care for the food that much I knew it wasn't.

  • Thanks! Actually, the restaurant was empty cuz everyone was celebrating Carnaval. And getting drunk :-)

  • Even if Francis creates a piece of artwork with the mastery of Monet, how can you remove the priceless picture of Pelle? Will you put it up somewhere else in the room? It has been such a prevalent fixture in you videos! This like the Louvre taking down the Mona Lisa!

  • Yeah, the picture is upstairs now! I LOVE that picture!!!!!!!

  • Cool! That picture also instills a lot of pride in Pelle, always remember his feelings too, as I know you would!

  • How come TRQ questions are so easy when I'm sleeping? LOL The only answer easier than the one asked would be how do you spell BMX! LOL HAH!

  • HAH! ZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

  • I find myself singing the Renato Show theme song a lot. Even at work. haha

  • HAHA! That's SO cool!!!!

  • Here in the US, Mardi Gras is the only carnival in the same aspect as in the Netherlands and Brazil. Mardi Gras, also known as Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras is French for "Fat Tuesday"). It is on Tuesday February 16 this year. Other than that the word carnival here in the US refers to a traveling group or company who set up rides and booths with games which are for the entertainment of kids. No special theme or history to these events, it's just what these people do for work. they are called carnies.

  • Renato, what you call confetti, we call streamers. Confetti is small pieces that make a huge mess when thrown.

  • we call the streamers 'serpentines' and here confettie is small pieces of paper... ;-)

  • Hi Francis! Serpentines as in snakelike!

  • right!! Hihi

  • There are no jesters or clowns there. At least not in the way you're thinking! LOL HAH!!

  • Would like to experience Mardi Gras. I hear New Orleans is the place to be for BBQ and cocktails!!!! My kinda place!!!

  • You just want to see some boobage! LOL N.O. definitely great place for food and cocktails! There is some BBQ there I'm sure, but other cities and areas are more well known for there BBQ! Texas, Saint Louis, Memphis, and North Carolina to name just a few! I would love to do a cross country BBQ tour! Lets go!

  • for more details type : Carnival in Brazil and you'll watch a sample of these festivities.

  • Valentine's day here in Brazil is on June 12th. Talking about Carnaval is one of the most traditional holiday. Brazil stops! I have one week off and most of Brazilians also don't work for one week lol YAY that's nice. To be sincere this is the only part I like about carnaval. Especially in Rio and São Paulo where I live we have the famous parade. If you can't go there to watch it you can watch on Tv.

  • Awesome!

  • since that wasn't open you should have went to an indian restaurant =)

  • real greek and real italian are my fav. I hate fake italian though omg, olive garden is some nasty food. well except their salad and breadsticks
