  • why doesn't white take pawn at 0.49 it would be up in trade or there is trick to that move plzz some one tell me

  • It isn't because of NG5 but because N*E4 and the black squared bishop attacks the Knight with a better position for black.

  • de5 would be a total fail - ne4 wins pawn back and also white doesnt want to allow open center and exchange of queens since black is closed and look at dark bishop. whites main attack is c7 in most variations
