As cool as the "WRYYYYYYY" vampire screech is, I actually disagree. It's only done three times throughout Stardust Crusaders, and serves absolutely no purpose. It's a damn cool sound, but it really isn't important. And in the game, Dio only does it when he's drinking blood or extending his hair and making spored creatures out of his hair.

Now, he surprisingly does it a ton in the Japan only Phantom Blood game. But the game took place before steamrollers were invented.
