I don't think people that use other peoples photos should be able to enter the contest according to the rules. Some copyright material has been used here and works well on the "MY VACATION" video, but if this gut is allowed to use copyright material at 1:10 then my video does not get entered and I will discontinue my subscription to this site. Stupid unfair contest. Save your time and energy.

So, basically, it's going to be just another popularity contest (which also boosts your views and comments). Entries should be judged on their merit, not by the number of friends the contestant has. I've pretty much given up on contests because of this and because deadlines are usually extended, giving slowpokes an edge.

However, if you have one person with 50 subs who works his/her butt off and comes up with a video worthy of the top ten and even worthy of winning, then you have a few other contestants with 1000 or more subs each, who ask their subbies to vote for them, who's going to win? Certainly not the person who may have deserved to. That's why contests need real judges. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but this kind of judging is wrong and it needs to be pointed out.
