You're obviously brain-dead from chewing on paint chips Meteora418. The boss does a debuff that kills the person it's on instantly after 30 seconds. It's unavoidable. Now I'm assuming you're too much of a shitbrick to get into a guild that actually does this on hard-mode, so instead I suggest forming a group to do Blackwing Lair instead. Once you get to Vaelstrasz (will still most likely be a challenge for you, given your handicap and all) you will get a good idea of the mechanic involved in IC.

i dont think dk is 56k thats just some bs, ive seen dks with 38k hp ub with full stam stacked gear they get around 13k hp from raid buffs and flask cant be 56k

60k is easily doable in full ulduar gear as a dk in frost presence.

60k hp as a DK is not doable without the HP buff from Yogg-saron or blood spec with Vamp Blood up. Even stacking stamina, 17-pts in blood and fully raid buffed, we're talking 51-52k tops. I usually drop a bit of badly itemised stamina items for mitigation depending on the fight and end up with ~45k which is usually plenty with DK cooldowns
