you could blink back the weaker stalkers in the front to the back and keep it going while the stalkers that are full health will take the damage now. This can potentially give you a huge amount of micro advantage.

Just wait for the game to come out and then express your opinion :) Blizzard is the best game manefacturer . Starcraft bw proved it , war 3 proved it, wow proves it :) . Be sure that starcraft is going to be played in a lot of competitions and before they will release it they will have it tested by a lot, and i do mean a lot of pro gamers to see what their opinion is. I really don't think they're just going to launch it without proper testing . IT'S BLIZZARD FFS!!!!!!!

the thing about skill in starcraft is that its not just the types of micro you can do. its juggling that micro with putting miners on minerals, using SBS, etc etc etc

My main fear is that they won't leave a large enough margin for gameplay mechanics for skill to even be a factor.

That and I totally don't like the direction of what it looks like.

It clashes, Warcraft in space doesn't make any sense; but that's what it's turning out to be.

People don't seem to realize the power of 2D, what was good about the first starcraft was that there weren't distracting and redundant effects that deterred you from STRATEGY, now that's there main focus...
