@ranaparwandra The points u have raised r valid except the look of arjun but u have to understand that Mahabharat is impossible for any1 to recreate as it was. Even the book shud not be the end point u have to go beyond it as Mahabharata happened 5000 years ago. Have any1 seen Arjun in real life how he looked or did they have tilaks, at the end of the day its a film a creative process & its the interpretation of the film makers. They didnt limit themselves to the book.

@supernerd1 dude indian animation is a very difficult market, wherein u can clearly see after 6 days a cdrip comes out on utorrent, also look at the budgets involved in making animation films, it never generates revenues or audiences to theatres for "animation",becomes more of a downloaded thing, this kind of work clearly looks expensive, they r waiting for animation ambience when they ll release the movie, india is very dificult market for music albums too, dont u agree wid that?

@supernerd1 utv has 6 more projects pending in their so called "library", even big film makers r scared of the thought of not making money thru animation, it is a very risky job when u are competed directly with american animation, still our people r doing pretty good job, but every inch is a struggle here in animation, it is nothing like film industry or bollywood

lots of things are very unusual in this movie:

i) Arjuna does not jump into the water to shot the fish !

ii) Arjuna shoots a wooden fish, not a real one !

iii) Arjuna in this movie looks like a Siamese-Chinese guy, he shud have more Indian features !

iv) all the characters of the movie does not have the Indian symbol on their foreheads, the tilaka(sindorr) is absent on their foreheads...

i wonder why ???

@ezhavapanicker , im referring to the Mahabharata Epic Book itself .... its stated there that Arjuna did not jump into the water but shot the fish looking at the reflection on the water ...

then, Arjuna shot a wooden fish nit a real one ...

lastly, i dont get it why the animators did not include the sindoor on the foreheads of the people in the animations, THEY ARE INDIANS, where is their SINDOOR ???

Why did y ou guys took so long making such a high qulaity animation???!!! I mean..look at Hanuman 3D...that was a real dumb movie..i mean..Hanuman with Jumbo??? Not very original!

I hope they ceep the story inthis case original to the scriiptures!

Fabulous picture quality, hv 2 gt the dvd when it comes out,by default youtube should make high quality video player as their standard player.

Awesome...Finally an animated film I'm looking forward to. So what if its again mythology? At least you can see the hard work that's gone into it and its obvious that unlike all such previous films, which only aimed at making money just out of sentiments, this one has got some heart and soul into it. I can't wait to see this in theatre.
