it's pretty much E minor,Dmaj, and Cmaj throughout the whole song. I think the solo is in E minor pentatonic.

Cmaj7th. dino chord. Cmaj without holding down the C note on the B string. he uses that in so many songs along with the C9 chord (holding the D note on the B string). J pwnes those 2 chords.
