  • I have a Nikon D90 but as yet have not shot any video with it.

    Is this a good camera for video work or would you say the Canon 550D is the way to go???

  • Amazing

  • this is the start of a new era on the world of shooting.

    from now on the amateur movie making is in a new dimesion.there is no more amateur shot.

    the 24 fps is for everyone.its like having a panavision system. all the cameras on the market have no chance.

    24 FPS!!!!!!!! 24FPS!!!!!!

    using a 50 mm f1:4 1:8 tele,wideangle now there is no obstacle.

    sony dsc f 828 was a little like manually controlled camcorder.manual focus,manual zoom these are the things that a pro camcorder provides you

  • What about the sound quality? You think those three little holes look good do you? You like HD quality video with cell phone quality sound? Mmm

  • u can record the sound separately if u dont like the sound from D90, (just idea)

  • yep more professionals out of work again...just great..

  • Yes Joey

    You will be flamed and even eated.But not by me because I will probably be flamed with you cause I think like you.

    But it would help if the video had the quality switch.

    and we need to know if its better than hvx-200 not dvx100

  • this looks very similar to the "24p" look of the Panasonic DVX-100...very filmic/cinematic-looking...am i correct? or does it have that ugly "home video look" ?

  • You are indeed correct its 24 frames per second. It was made to look like film. To an extent, I think this is better than a DVX-100. (Im prepared to be flamed for saying this)
