Yeah, it's just a 4/4 signature. However, the drums are very complex and move in and out of syncopation with the melody, which is what is giving you the impression at times in the song that a bar has finished, when in fact the drums are just altering the rhythmic stresses in relation to the melody. Excellent track!

Having listened to the track some more, what's actually happening is that the drumming measures for the intro and chorus sections are split into alternating measures of 7/4 and 9/4 (so the downbeat moves in and out of syncopation with the regular 4/4 time of the melody in these measures), but for the verse parts, the drumming is simply in 4/4 along with the melody.
