Thats because it's the same song. This version was written for the movie Absolute Beginners. When TSC put it on an album, PW changed the lyrics to something a bit different.

It was re-worked in 1986 and given the new title for the Absolute Begginers film

I am going through a whole "I LOVE the Style Council" thing at the moment. I have promoted them ahead of the Clash and the Smiths to be the third greatest band of all time, Afer the Beatles and Zeppelin. They RULE! They have 19 10 out of ten songs.
