We continue to blow ourselves and our neighbours apart. It's hateful. John Lennon, despite his oddities, was possibly puzzled by the ridiculousness of life and materialism. I feel that way most of the time. This song is an anti-war track, as is Jona Lewie's stop the cavalry track. But then 'Feed the World' is a combination of multiple artists (charity) and that always gets played at Christmas. It did a lot of good, but I reckon John should rise from the dead this year!
