Check out the version by The Damnation of Adam Blessing on their CD of the same name. It is beyond awesome! They were a Cleveland group who disbanded in 1972 so it might be hard to find but it is the ABSOLUTE BEST cover of the song-CHILLING-especially bevause the song is about nuclear war!
The Grateful Dead played (d c g)x2 then (f, c, em, g) x2
That's pretty much the song. But they guy in the video is playing in a different key...so I don't know what chords he is playing. Just listen and figure it out.
Very sweet! Thanks for a nice rendition of this song. In your future videos, consider zooming out your camera so we can see your guitar playing as well.
Yes, Dobson's version is very nice, and unfortunately not easy to find. Other covers were also done by Rod Stewart and Jeff Beck, and even DEVO, I believe.
The Bonnie Dobson Cd is available as an import from England. I ltruthfully like other versions better but it was interesting the hear the version that ispired so many others to cover it. It was also covered by Nazarath and Duane and Gregg Almann.
Beautiful....thankyou Mark...for sharing....and just being you....so nice to see you my friend.
