  • You don't need to have that many carbs to build muscle.

    In fact Low carb diets have never been linked to loss in muscle mass or trigger a increase your chances to enter into cannabolic state.

    You can increase muscle mass in ketogenic states. Increasing your protein & essential fats while sharply reducing your carbs, eating the right types of carbs and correctly positioning them!

    The real key is reaching the caloric intake! while reducing carbs!

  • High quality test boosters and high quality pro hormones are essential, or roids.

    I don't care who says its wrong to use this stuff. Its proven that test levels are naturally lower in men today than they were 10+ years ago. Men are naturally balance anymore because of all the chemicals and that found in our tap water/food. These supplements are not cheating. If you like to stay completely by all mean do so! There is nothing wrong with staying all natural either

  • All said and done, ever person must learn to listen to their body. Get to know your body. Understand what it is demanding and accommodate your needs from there. again a lot of what is in this video is right. A lot of trial and error will be done at first. Every bodybuilder is changing their diets, re-adapting and improving and learning.

    I simply disagree that your carbs need to be up! Ketogenic states HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT ON MUSCLE LOSS AND ALLOW FOR MUSCLE GAINS!!!
