If we really wan't to take america back we must start with the youth and the school system. Because it is in through education that the youth are taught certain values and principles and the education system has completely abandoned these values thanks to the feds. It all starts with installing the youth of family values, a love for God, etc. This I believe, is the only way that we can restore and take back America.

We held an open call for the one day video shoot...tweeted, emailed, and announced on TV. We certainly did have several races represented...due to weather conditions and cuts/edits this is the edit that made it to the final version. We had vets, wounded vets, cancer survivors, African Americans, Indian Americans, children, elderly people...We did what we could do on a tight budget and lots of good will.

If we really wan't to take america back we must start with the youth and the school system. Because it is in through education that the youth are taught certain values and principles and the education system has completely abandoned these values thanks to the feds. It all starts with installing the youth of family values, a love for God, etc. This I believe, is the only way that we can restore and take back America.

40 years ago would have been 1971, so yes, they did have cars that could go 100mph. They also had drunk drivers, trust me....some of them were my family members. We held an open call for the one day video shoot...tweeted, emailed, and announced on TV. We certainly did have several races represented...due to weather conditions and cuts/edits this is the edit that made it to the final version. We had vets, wounded vets, cancer survivors, African Americans, Indian Americans, children, elderly people...We did what we could do on a tight budget and lots of good will.

There is no hope for the feminized US. The real problem we're facing is that our goverment is no longer run by the people, it is run by international bankers . I will give one thing to Nirvana. They had some decent writing..But Kurt could have learned to tune his guitar. What he brought to the world was Dave Grohl... Furthermore .... Some of us are looking for America, as it was founded, and not looking for a handout as those pushing towards big government do. This is a great song with meaning to many who have pride in the sacrifices many have made. A bland song would be bubble gum and talk about fairy tale love and not take a chance to say things that people like you may find unpopular.

I meant totalitarian conservatives (supply side economics + socially totalitarian) as opposed to libertarian conservatives (supply side economics + libertarian socially, either at a national or local level). The Bush administration and a majority (by majority, mostly all) of Republicans are totalitarian conservatives. Ron Paul would be the type of conservative that you are talking about. I understand that.

Sarah Palin trying to ban certain books at a public library goes against the first amendment (totalitarianism). Bush banning stem cell research (totalitarianism). @MrTmo73 Yes, the democrats are not libertarians on economics but I would say most are on social issues are not (on a national level). Obama is not even close to being a “socialist.” Raising the tax rate for the richest 2% from 36% to 39% is not socialism. That is called being a moderate. Socialism would be like Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower was in office during the Golden Age of the 1950’s and the tax rate on the rich was about 90%.

It has not worked in the last 30 years so why are we still attempting it? Socialism is not the way to go either but we need to meet halfway (which is not to the right of center like the Republicans think it is).

But I have a bigger problem with people like yourself who insist that the rich "owe" you or anyone else anything. Your idea of taxing the rich and giving to the poor does nothing to help either. How about educating the poor on how to manage money? Wouldn't that be the smarter thing to do? It certainly seems more reasonable.

Those musicians by the way, were not "a hell of a lot better than this crap". Which shows how little you really know about music. ALL music is related regardless of the era or stylistic preference. My dad is very fiscally responsible but has not been able to find a job and is on unemployment checks. Does he not deserve them? If he does, where does that money have to come from? I’m sorry that millionaires can sacrifice a few percent in order to help my dad because it won’t affect their lives.
