There is NO legal way to come to the US. It simply doesn't exist. People from most countries simply cannot get US visas. Those lucky ones who already have money, from some better off countries, who do get visas, can get only very short-term visas, to stay as a tourist. There is no way to stay in the US legally. The only way to stay in the US legally is to marry a US citizen (which is how most "legal" immigrants got their papers, mostly through fake marriages, so illigally as well).

If you mean that you ALREADY HAVE a relative who had come years earlier, got a green card by marrying a US citizen (which in most cases thru fake marriages), then several years later became a US citizen, and only after that has applied for his/her closest relatives to come to the US, then yes. But most people do not have any relatives in the US. If you mean political asylum, it DOES NOT apply to 99.9% of the world population.
You Americans are so naive! You need to understand that people who come to the US illegally would never do so if they had an opportunity to come legally. They risk their lives and go thru hell to come to the US, only because the US immigration system is so flawed that it does not allow a legal way of immigrating to the US. Even if a person was lucky to get a visa and enter the US legally (as Europeans do, unlike Mexicans) there is NO way to STAY LEGALLY in the US (other than marriage).
U should not talk about something u don't know, or u should get all the info on the matter before saying something. Visitor's visa IS the very short-term tourist visa (B1/B2) I was talking about, that people from most countries cannot get. To stay in the US you have to marry a US citizen right away, otherwise you will become illegal. Student's visa?! To get such a visa you need to have $50,000+ a year to study, and when your studies are over you must leave, or you will become illegal.
And it absolutely makes no difference whether you entered the US legally with a visa or illegally simply by crossing the border. When your visa expires you become illegal just as those Mexicans. And it doesn'r matter if you are white looking European immigrant, who speaks perfect English, has 2 Master's degrees, and who entered the US legally. In the eyes of the USCIS you are the same illegal as those Mexicans. This IS the flawed US Immigration system, about which Americans don't know.

There is NO legal way to come to the US. It simply doesn't exist. People from most countries simply cannot get US visas. Those lucky ones who already have money, from some better off countries, who do get visas, can get only very short-term visas, to stay as a tourist. There is no way to stay in the US legally. The only way to stay in the US legally is to marry a US citizen (which is how most "legal" immigrants got their papers, mostly through fake marriages, so illigally as well).

@elena79rus - you must be kidding me. There are indeed many ways to come in the US legally. You can enter the US through visitor's visa (though short and temporary, ate least you come legally), students visa, family immigration and as wut you've mentioned, fiancee visa among others.

Family immigration?!! What the hell are you talking about? If you mean that you ALREADY HAVE a relative who had come years earlier, got a green card by marrying a US citizen (which in most cases thru fake marriages), then several years later became a US citizen, and only after that has applied for his/her closest relatives to come to the US, then yes. But most people do not have any relatives in the US. If you mean political asylum, it DOES NOT apply to 99.9% of the world population.

You Americans are so naive! You need to understand that people who come to the US illegally would never do so if they had an opportunity to come legally. They risk their lives and go thru hell to come to the US, only because the US immigration system is so flawed that it does not allow a legal way of immigrating to the US. Even if a person was lucky to get a visa and enter the US legally (as Europeans do, unlike Mexicans) there is NO way to STAY LEGALLY in the US (other than marriage).

U should not talk about something u don't know, or u should get all the info on the matter before saying something. Visitor's visa IS the very short-term tourist visa (B1/B2) I was talking about, that people from most countries cannot get. To stay in the US you have to marry a US citizen right away, otherwise you will become illegal. Student's visa?! To get such a visa you need to have $50,000+ a year to study, and when your studies are over you must leave, or you will become illegal.

And it absolutely makes no difference whether you entered the US legally with a visa or illegally simply by crossing the border. When your visa expires you become illegal just as those Mexicans. And it doesn'r matter if you are white looking European immigrant, who speaks perfect English, has 2 Master's degrees, and who entered the US legally. In the eyes of the USCIS you are the same illegal as those Mexicans. This IS the flawed US Immigration system, about which Americans don't know.
