There is a product that is environmentally safe to use to treat existing gravel roads that will greatly reduce the maintenance of these roads associated with all this truck traffic. It is called Permazyme 11X and a 1 mile section of gravel road was treated in October 2010 in Williams County. This road was graded every other week and has yet to be touched. Did the executor director apply for any federal grants? If not, an opportunity lost. If the director did, and didn't get anything, then we were let down by the one North Dakota federal representative and the two federal senators.
