This was such an easy recipe. Prep time is minimal, yet the flavors tasted like I had spent all day cooking. The best part is that I only used one pot to cook everything. Perfect for people who enjoy healthy home cooked meals, but don't have all day to spend in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing.
These beans were just rinsed. Presoaked beans will cook in as little as 3-4 minutes and dry, non soaked can cook in 12 -15 minutes depending on the type of bean. It is amazingly fast and you can have bean soups on the spur of the moment even if they are not pre-soaked.

The whole meal could have been cooked at 15 minutes under pressure with 1-2 cups of liquid. Great demo!
