i listen to all Mayer, and all Paisley, and a ton of other guitarists. Paisley is a GREAT guitarist, that much is obvious. Mayer is GREAT too.the media paints him a bad face, and so people completely disregard his talent and say he's shit. Plus you can't compare the two because how often do you see mayer soloing to a country song, or making country album? what about paisley ripping up the blues? it is just ridiculous to compare them when they are both great

Hey--great job on this Paisley tune!  Paisley, at this time, is my all-time favorite guitarist. Honestly, his album PLAY is just unreal!

Since you like PLAY, you might like Danny Gatton quite a bit...before Gatton died, he played a lot of different genres--blues, jazz, country, rockabilly--but it always sounded like Danny Gatton. It's the same thing with Paisley, only his playing always sounds like Paisley.
