My legs got messed so i was in a chair for along time... I learned how to roll on the back 2 wheels in like 5 min... you dont go forward then back hard or hold the handles to stop the wheel... You simply lean back and push the handle and you'll go back on the wheels and all you do is move your hands back and forward to maintain balance. I learned how to maintain balance without moving back and forth tho... very easy... practice for an hour and you can roll around everywhere on 2 wheels like me
