That's SEGA choice, and they want to improve on the voice acting cause people complain about the 4Kids actors too much. Now Jason and the 4kids knows how it feel to be replaced just like what they did to Ryan and the other cast
Yeah, and the 4Kids cast is even worse. I'm glad that Sega is finally getting rid of them. Now maybe I can enjoy watching a cutscene without cringing or turning the voulme down
I've never said that the Adventure cast was GOOD either which is why I wasn't making such a big deal about them when the adventure cast got replaced. The only people I like from the Adventure cast is Sonic, Shadow and Eggman. But I don't really like anybody from the the 4Kids cast. Yeah, Jason really improved some but he took forever to get it right.
@sonicfan1984 quit overexaggerating. The 4kids cast does the best. Thier voices are very pleasent to the ear unlike the adventure ones. Sega will realise thier mistake soon enough and will give the voice work back to 4kids very soon.
sorry if I come off harsh on you but this is the result of all the frustration and crap that I have to deal with in the fanbase for the last 5 years ever since Sega adopted the 4kids cast from the anime. While everybody else was complaining and wanted Ryan Drummond back, I've moved on and is forced to deal with the new change. Since Sega is getting more talented actors I can release my frustration and angry that build up inside me all these years.
BTW, I will miss Jason and I'd thought he improved in the games recently, but I welcome the new actors cause they'll give the series a fresh start. I'll give the new actors a chance the same way I gaved the 4kids actors a chance.
@pkstarstorm1up Doubt it they're a business. 4Kids as a business is in decline therefore not good to hold onto. I don't think this change has anything to do with the crap the fanbase moaned about years ago. Seems the cast was due to change anyway

Griffin 2005-2010 ... or something like that could be a year off either way we're at a 5 year or so average employment, only in the next few years can I again test this naff theory on Smith.
