Can you get a Phd in English ?

I am a senior and want to attend Iowa to pursue a degree in creative writing, or some type of writing degree. My brother and sister both applied for financial loans at BYU Idaho, but I wanted to find out if I was eligible for a scholarship to Iowa. I am not an athlete, but how do I receive a scholarship for something like writing. I just don't know if I am eligible or not.

@alahachmed Hi. Iowa offers more than 1,000 scholarships for incoming students, but the criteria vary widely depending on your academic standing and area of study. Hi. Iowa offers an MS and PhD in Informatics, an MS, PhD, and MCS in Computer Science, and a PhD in Management Sciences. Admission requirements vary depending on the program, but generally, graduate students need a minimum GPA of 3.00 for admission. Actually, Iowa doesn't require an essay as part of the application for admission. Factors that are considered include your ACT or SAT score, high school performance, and your high school course work.

Well ... Iowa doesn't offer a degree in architecture, but there are programs in engineering and urban & regional planning. Great video! This is my last year at Iowa and I can't imagine a greater place to be! The beginning with "Alma Mater Iowa" was beautiful. I'm going to miss this university so much after this year. Go Hawks!
