Gimme a break. Who on earth is opposed to allowing every voter to vote! Even Florida residents who are older and who can't STAND there for an unlimited amount of time. Are McCain supporters insane?

What is Florida doing wrong that's creating these long lines. When I was a boy, the whole country cast their ballot in ONE DAY, with no problems.

The issue is not to make sure "every vote is counted." Instead, the issue is to make sure that every legal vote is counted. My right to vote includes the right to have it not diluted by people who should not be voting, by people who vote twice, or by votes from people that don't even exist.

Why are there such long lines to vote?

There have never been long lines when I've voted and they've usually been waiting for someone to walk in.

When there are long lines then they need more people working the polls.
