no it's not booting safe mode up.

Lately I noticed this: after I play a game called League of Legends, after an hour or so ply or even the closest 30 minutes my PC either shows some weird white spots at thescren either makes an annoying BEEP sound and when I see those spots I toldya bout not later than a minute orsomy laptopjust either crashes and reboots either shows this error: C:/WINDOWS file delayed write failed, and: REGEXE error. @spcellforever Whats your graphics card like? cause if you're having a visual error, (eg white spots or lines etc) then your graphics card just isn't up to scratch man.

ITS NOT WORKING! I cant acces is still dsabed! I m on Windows XP and my laptop is ASrock all of my options are disabled pls help me! Here's what happened to me I just watched a video and when I restarted I couldnt access comand prompt I cant acces control panel I cant acces add or remove programs cant access registry editor and the constant erroro : Reg.exeerror. I cant also use my right mouse button! Help me! Pls! Oh And I also cant subscribe to any1 in youtube! MY laptop rebootos after 30/1h!
