Great to see this video, didn't know it existed. I am the photographer in the alley with truck 10's crew as they run from the falling wall. I was a FF, retired now, took pics of fires on my days off. I ended up with 3 famous pics of the wall collapse that hang in the Chief Engineers office, training, and many stations. The flash that can be seen in the video as Perez, Kemper, Jacobsen, and another FF run toward me is the pic of the wall curling over them as they escape.

i stared at the picture of these guys escaping the collapse when i was going through my paramedic internship. LAFD is Hardcore!
