to gamerguy12: There's no point in having dragon dance on your gyarados if your going to have hydro pump and hyperbeam on it. You should take advantage of the attack and speed boost. Its wasted on special attacks.

Hydro cannon is EXACTLY LIKE HYPER BEAM but water type. at least wit hyper beam it can damage grass typs better and he doesnt have a REAL solid team
