@bloodyhungarian123 90 bucks for half a year is pretty damn good for a public gym. Most of the gyms where i live hover around 50-70 bucks a month. This gym is the gym at the country club of fairfax, and it doesnt cost anything extra. It is a bit fancy, but they dont have hardly anything, no free barbell/squat rack. dumbbells only go up to 70 lbs, and its really small. i dont go here anymore cuz i have the gym at george mason university where im a student

@insaneoffoe what are you talking about? the form was perfect. you are not supposed to go all the way down dude. this exercise helps your bicep locking strength at 90 degrees. These workout are supposed to imitate armwrestling to some extent. In armwrestling, your arm is never supposed to go past 90 degrees, so you don't need to work on the bottom portion or your curls as much.

@MrFedor4life I have noticed that I have gotten loads better within the past 6 months. However, i believe this is due to armwrestling, not weight lifting. To get better at armwrestling, you must armwrestle. armwrestling works angles and tendons that you cant really work by doing weights alone. i strongly believe the best method for improving is to mix armwrestling with some weights. The real improvements happen on the table though

The best way to get better is to simply armwrestle. armwrestle your dad at home for practice. armwrestle with everyone at school.
well first off im only doing a few reps in this vid to make it shorter. If i did more, then the vid would be 10 mins. Second, thats only partly true. Armwrestling matches usually only last between .5 and 3 seconds, so youu want to make sure you have an exploding hit with as much force as possible to win. This is why you should do lower reps. Higher reps are great for the longer matches and to get more pump in your muscles, for size. I do both, but i mix it up
I put the hg 100 and 200 and 200 im my car, and at red lights, i squeeze them until my arms die. Outside of my car, use the CoC # 2 and the 2.5 for lower reps
what it dies is target a small rotator muscle inside your arm just below the elbow. it is what rotates your hand and is great for hooking and toprolling all in the same exercise.
ive heard that armwrestling is a lot of technique involved so practice that even more and PLUS with these workouts then you should be a pure animal on a table. keep it up dude.

You should start doing it again. It's such a fantastic exercise; squats and deadlifts are the best exercises for full body development, that's practically a fact. My PR is 305 lbs.
well i do fully body workouts in my weight training class at school. i do my overall arms on my own time. the reps kinda depends. usually i go 8-10 reps, which is usually to failure. haha i love that feeling where your arms feel like they are gonna explode, like u cant even hold the weight anymore. but sometimes i to reps of 15-20 just to change it up. the ones at :32, :58, 1:15, and 2:05 i always do 20+ reps
yeah i actually watched his training video today. he does if with a much thicker bar and less range of motion. i just dont have any of those at my little gym lol. my resources are very limited but I try to get maximum potential by using them :)
