Actually at our practices you cannot hit the quarterbacks, it's why all of QBs where yellow jerseys as opposed to cardinal and white of the other offensive and defensive players. And furthermore, this video isn't from a USC practice, this was from high school. They were practicing for a post-season high school all-star game.

You mean when Cowan was a sophomore USC beat themselves. Cowan really didn't do much in that game. UCLA's offense only put up 13 points. Be realistic the only thing I remember Cowan doing in that game was getting layed out on his ass by Rey Maualuga. That game had a lot more to do with USC making a shitload of mistakes and not getting started on offense then it did some amazing team-leading performance from Pat Cowan, who didn't even start this year.
