After reporting them to the feds and the state board, we looked up the people they were looking for and warned them. Thank you very much Brent. I voluntarily returned my Miata in the year 2003. Now suddenly a collection agency is after me for $14,000. Do i owe this and does the statute of limitations have a bearing on this ? thanks alot . 'sort of panic'd here. The loan was made in north Carolina but i now live in Hawaii.
