Project P is a direct successor to Padhyangan Project (Iszur, Daan, Jo, Denny, Iang, Wawan) who was the pioneer of this kind of music in Indonesia... the members of original Padhyangan now retired (some turn MC)... the name then carried on by their disciples who later simplify it to Project Pop.

I remember a Padhyangan song back in 90's, a parody of Ricky Martin's 1998 La Copa De La Vida... It was funny as hell... :D
