I like the guy, but every single interview he does is incredibly staged. His standup, whilst funny, is really really well crafted (not that there's anything bad about that). It just seems a little clinical when you watch his interviews and his standup at the same time. On balance though, U2 (and fuck those guys btw) practice their songs a lot, so why shouldn't comedians...?
