The first one made me space out until the end. Total trance state, very relaxing. The people who find it irritating are less maneuverable in their state of minds.
I don't like the ocean wave sounds, though. It's almost like getting white noise instead of a quality radio signal. Almost makes it feel like too much sound.
It's really relaxing I like it because after a few minutes I start to see shapes!
