for the longest time - and it was the longest time, really - I've avoided "Mother" 'cos I knew I wouldn't be able to handle it. first time I ever listened to it was this very performance (got it from cletus in 2007), right after having an argument with my mom. it simply shattered me to a degree that I cannot listen to it without disintegrating in tears. thank you forever, cletus, for exposing me to this. this will forever be my fav performance of my fav Tori song. this IS perfection.
