@BLOWNTBSS 4 and 5 inches??? wow. is the djm arm the thing that keeps it from leaning towards the passenger side? im looking to lower mine but dont know wwhere to start. (cries for help) does it effect the ride of the truck much?

@jdawg3838 i sell all the stuff on my trailblazer ss forum. I now machine the djm a arms also to fix all the issues people were having. to get rid of the lean you will hav to get coilovers or the belltech drop struts which i all sell on the site.

How's the tranny holding up to all that extra power? I've heard the stock ones are breaking the transmissions, so I can only imagine what a supercharged engine is going to do to one.

To TBSS owners how do these compare in cornering compared to Sti? Stock and modified suspension? I can't decide, keep a Duramax I'm getting for christmas or trade for a TBSS, Sti, or hold out for a G8. TBSS has performance, towing, and cargo capabilites. Sti prob. handles great and awd. G8, well 50/50 nearly and my dad owns a GTO so it's very similar. Plus I'm a GM guy. what would you guys do?

i had a 10.9@133 gt40 sti wrx. Hands down no way a suv could hang then again i had completly worked over the suspension. on my truck i have djm a arms and front coilovers and in rear adjusted airbags with qa1 coilvers and 250 lb springs. It does hang on the corners with the wrx in this video very well. Oh yah front/rear addco sway bars.

Thanks for the information. I think if do go for anything. I'm leaning for the TBSS, just b/c there an all around vehicle and honestly don't plan on racing a whole lot. Now if GM would just make the G8 awd, i'd be happy.

As long as the G8 is, AWD would be a waste. AWD is better for Much shorter cars. Besides It's bad for gas mileage.

No dyno numbers i just street race and track. best time has been a 11.9@112 with a 1.7 60 foot time on pump gas. With 8 psi pulley and race gas im lookin for 11.50s.

im runnin 11.90s so yah should be a good run, but way i see it a jeep srt8 is 47k out the door brand new and a tbss is 32 so for the money i think you cant go wrong with a tbss

Sweet. I LOVE that supercharger whine! I am going to put one on my GTO. Also, is that the stock transmission? It sounds like it is banging the rev limiter every shift. If it really is, the trans is going to give out soon.

has a godspeed downpipe no cats but he put the stock exhaust back on plus another resonator to quiet it down because chp caught him and gave him a smog ref ticket. This way car is much quieter and still fast

well quietness is understandable. i would just go for the borla hush then. i think in the higher RPM's it only gains 2Db over stock. where you guys from that they got him for that? cali?

yes cali chp now sends people to smog ref if they see anything differne than stock and he had the borla hush on it before but with the godspeed downpipe and no cats way to loud.
