If anyone hasn't noticed, if you watch the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd episode of the Nanny, and watch one of the last videos, you can notice that Niles fake british accent wares off more.. and also Fran's voice becomes more normal.. lol Fran has that natural voice, but she went to speech thereapy when she was younger, and she kinda exagerates a little when she talks.. but thats her real voice. As for Daniel (Niles), he's not really british:D

When she first arrived, she was a beauty school drop-out and so-called Queens trash, dressing like a hooker, probably buying her flashy clothes from bargain stores. But over time she started wearing designer clothes to complement her new lifestyle.

@TruusjeF yes it sounds different in the first couple seasons. i think it is because of a few things. first, this season came out in the mid 90's so the sound may not be as good in the first few seasons as it is in the last few. second, fran does talk sorta like that but she plays her voice up a little when she is acting, so she played it up a lil more in the first few seasons. third after a few seasons you get so used to her voice that u dont notice it anymore
