These men enjoy Beating and are trained to cause pain and injury. The male prisoners are stripped Naked, paraded in front of guards, strapped and tied to a Frame like an animal, and are lashed over and over on the bare buttocks with a wooden whip. The penalty might seem inhumane to u, and the prisoners are treated like animals.. but think abt it.. why would this educated adult american breaks into a restricted compound and mess with other ppl property knowing the possible penalty? he would not have suffer if he did not break the law.. @Coolshanny Actually teenagers and middle-aged men up to the age of about 50 can be tortured with barbaric court ordered Floggings -- and up to 98% of these sentences are carried out by sadists and perverted men that the government employs. These floggers are males that love inflicting pain and wounding other men. Human rights abuses in Singapore are commonplace under the current regime.
